Today, the Shire Champion of Champions was played at Barden Ridge in very hot and humid conditions. The participating clubs were Woolooware, Cronulla, Kareela, and The Ridge.

The Shire Champion of Champions took place under sweltering conditions at Barden Ridge, with clubs Woolooware, Cronulla, Kareela, and The Ridge participating in the championship. The women champions from the club, Deb Timmins, Di Barakat, and Vicki Smith, displayed stellar performances with impressive scores. Vicki secured the second position, with Deb and Di finishing third and a talented 11-year-old girl from The Ridge claiming the top spot. In the men’s categories, Trent Smith triumphed in A Reserve, Damien Counsel emerged victorious in B Grade, while Jake Hallinan narrowly missed out on a win. Eventually, Cronulla emerged as the overall winners in the combined event.
