The third and final round of The Women’s Championships determined our 2024 champions last Tuesday.

The 2024 Women’s Championships concluded with an exciting final round, crowning our champions. Deb Timmins clinched the top spot with an impressive round of 82, finishing with a total of 263 and securing a 4-shot victory over Dinah Moran with 267. Meanwhile, in Div 2, Diane Barakat (304) emerged victorious, defeating last year’s winner Sue Tafener (307). Div 3 saw Vicki Smith (326) coming out on top with a 2-shot win over Christine Morson (328), and in Div 4, Patricia Suttor (344) secured another tight win over Alison Julian (347).

The winners of the 54-hole nett competition were Lynnette Goodwin in Div 1, Cathie McKenzie in Div 2, Chris Morson in Div 3, and Patricia Suttor in Div 4. We extend our gratitude to Rennie Bros Tree Services for their continued sponsorship of the Women’s Championships.
