Congratulations to all the talented young golfers who excelled in the 2025 Sunday Junior Order of Merit, proudly sponsored by the Woolooware Women members. The event was a celebration of skill, dedication, and community spirit at Woolooware Golf Club.

Outstanding Achievements in Junior Golf

Lachie Mooney achieved a remarkable feat by winning the Junior Order of Merit Trophy, marking the culmination of a highly successful year of golf. His performance was a testament to his hard work and commitment to the sport.

In the Cadet category, Axel Ross was awarded the Cadet Champion Trophy, showcasing his promising talent and potential in the golfing world.

Celebrating with the Community

The event was a joyous occasion, with pro-shop vouchers awarded to winners and place getters as a token of their accomplishments. It was heartwarming to see many parents joining in the celebrations, creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

Club leaders, including Club Captain Mitch Rugless, Vice Captain Trish Huthwaite, Women’s President Lynne Willis, and Coach Adam Short, were present to honour the young golfers’ achievements and contribute to the festive mood.
