Our Bronze 1 Pennant team played their final game against Beverley Park at Kareela today. Four matches went to the 18th, unfortunately resulting in a 4-1 loss. Beverley Park were the Bronze 1 Pennant winners for 2025. Our ladies in pink can be very proud of their performance this year, with Di Barakat and Karen Parker playing their first Pennant matches. They both expressed how much they loved the experience and how fun it was meeting ladies from other clubs and getting to play new courses. Thank you to our matchplay clinic coaches who helped prepare our ladies for this season. Thank you also to field captain Geraldine Earl, who supported and encouraged her team, which included 10 players over the 7 weeks.

It was a special season for newcomers Di Barakat and Karen Parker, who played their first Pennant matches and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They relished the opportunity to meet and compete against ladies from different clubs while exploring new courses.
