A Very Special Day on the Course

What a wonderful occasion at Woolooware Golf Club (Ladies) today as we celebrated a truly special milestone – the 80th birthdays of two much-loved members, Judy Blackburn and Margaret White!

Both ladies marked their big day surrounded by their golfing friends, proving that 80 years young is no reason to stop swinging. It was a joyful celebration that perfectly captures the spirit of friendship and fun that makes our club so special.

Vets 80th Birthday Marker Presentation

Adding to the occasion, Judy and Margaret were each presented with their Vets 80th Birthday Marker by VWGA President Virginia Hewitt. This lovely recognition honours the milestone in true golfing style and acknowledges the dedication both ladies have shown to the game throughout the years.

It was a heartwarming moment shared with fellow members and a fitting tribute to two wonderful women who continue to bring joy and energy to the fairways.
