Our Grade Pennant team started their 2025 campaign with a win at home against Moore Park 3/2.

The Grade Pennant team representing Woolooware had a successful start to their 2025 campaign with a 3/2 win at home against Moore Park. The team, consisting of Deb Timmins, Sue Sutherland, Lynne Willis, Moira Frazer, and Barb Foy, showcased their skills on the course while proudly representing their club. The beautiful course was complemented by a warm welcome and delicious lunch provided by the committee and club. The match was closely contested, with two players securing victories and two others narrowly losing in the final holes, resulting in a tense finish to secure the overall win. Sue Sutherland’s impressive comeback from being 3 down after 13 holes to ultimately win 2 up on the 18th was a highlight of the day. Congratulations to the team and their dedicated caddies for their exceptional performance.
