Legacy Golf Charity Day: Major Trophies Awarded at Woolooware Golf Club (ladies)

At Woolooware Golf Club (ladies), the Legacy Golf Charity Day was a resounding success, thanks to the hard work of dedicated volunteers and generous sponsors. This year, John Stoffels led the way, raising an impressive $52,000.00 for Legacy to support our veteran’s families.

Major Trophy Winners:

Jim Alder Trophy – Service: Ben McGregor scored 38 points.

Roy Blomkamp Memorial Shield – Service 2BBB: Robert Herbert and Ray Scarlett also achieved 38 points.

Jim Brooks Memorial Shield – Men’s 2BBB: John Roberts and Mick Rudd excelled with 47 points.

Nancy Silcock Cup – Women’s 2BBB: Karen Parker and Virginnia Lukins tied with an impressive 45 points.

Life Members Cup – WW Members Single Stableford: Deb Timmins led with a strong performance of 40 points.

Gallant Cup – 4 Person Team Aggregate Open: Joan Bayley, Jude Richardson, Helen Greentree, and Lyndall Bamford secured victory with 91 points.

18 Holes Single Stableford Men: Kevin Green impressed with 37 points.

18 Holes Single Stableford Women: Isabella Hills stood out with 39 points.

Gross Stableford Open: Jake Hallinan emerged triumphant with an outstanding 41 points.

Congratulations to all the winners and participants for making the Legacy Golf Charity Day a memorable event filled with camaraderie and competitive spirit.
