Round 2 of the Women’s Club Championships turned out to be an exciting day on the course. Lynette Goodwin made a remarkable jump in the leaderboard by shooting the best nett round of the day with a score of 67. Meanwhile, Dinah Moran and Sue Sutherland showcased their skills by posting the low scratch rounds of 88 and 87 respectively, earning them the top two spots overall.
With all grades experiencing shifts in leadership, the competition is heating up with new frontrunners emerging in each category. The close competition within the top 6 positions means that the championship title is still up for grabs and it will be an intriguing battle to see who comes out on top in the following rounds. Congratulations to all participants on their performances and we’re looking forward to more exciting golf action next week at Woolooware Golf Club.
